I understood how to care for everyone around me while quietly ignoring what my own body and inner life were asking for.
Now, I help women physicians regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with who they are beneath the roles they carry, and build lives where peace is no longer something they chase—but something they live.
My work is for the woman who longs for peace but finds that no matter how much she understands, it still does not fully stay.
